⟐ I have all the right to decline your commission without giving proper reasoning⟐ Work usually gets delivered within a turnaround of 4 weeks
● Keep in mind I avoid working on the weekends⟐ I don't expect you to be formal in the emails, however, remember I am just a stranger making art for you and not a close friend⟐ I expect good communication as it's likely I might ask questions regarding the commission⟐ The commission will likely be posted online, but feel free to request it not to be⟐ You are not permitted to make a profit off my art. That includes anything from prints, merch, clothing, AI, NFTs or other
● If you wish to get a license, we can create a contract for it⟐ Once you commission me, you approve that you have read and agree with the ToS⟐ Do not use my art for tracing, copying, heavily referencing or to post as your own work
● Studies can be done for private use and with given proper credit of a study if posted online

•⟐ Art ⟐•

✎ You are NOT allowed to remove my signature from my art✎ I'm more than willing to work with most creatures/animals or humanoids. If you still are unsure, feel free to ask!✎ I always send at least one WIP (usually of the sketch) for approval before finishing the piece✎ Mention any changes you wish made during the approval stage, as I can't promise revisions after the commission is complete
● Small changes like missing piercings come free of charge to the final piece
● Bigger revisions to the final piece come at an extra fee✎ Characters with cooler tones and strong contrasts may get their colors slightly adjusted as I work in mainly warm and slightly desaturated color palettes
● I will still stay true to your design even with slight color adjustments✎ You will receive a full resolution .png file sent on email. I will not send you the .sai/.psd work file.✎ Refrain from reposting my art, unless the commission is done for you and proper credit is provided
● Refrain from posting my art to Pinterest or Twitter/X

•⟐ Payment ⟐•

⟐ Additional characters in the same piece add a 75% fee to the initial cost of the commission
(ex. two halfbodies = 52€ + 39€)⟐ Complex designs, shading and backgrounds come at an extra cost when requested⟐ All my prices are in € and payment is done via a PayPal invoice I send out
● Only other payment method is via Ko-Fi, which is reserved for "Pay What You Want" and physical orders⟐ I will start the commission once full payment is made
● Payment plans can be arranged if the total price is at least 130€⟐ Full refunds can be requested so long I have yet to start the commission, be aware I could also do a refund if life gets in the way of doing my work
● Partial refunds are possible; I will not give a refund once the piece has gone through the approval stage⟐ If the commission takes me an unreasonable amount of time, say thrice the expected turnaround, a full refund may be requested⟐ You may request a specific turnaround time, however it comes at with an additional fee
● Less time means higher cost
