※ I have all the right to decline your commission without reasoning※ Work usually gets delivered within a four week period※ Under special request, I can refrain from posting your commission※ I don't expect you to be formal in the emails, but remember I am not your close friend, just a stranger working for you※ I expect good communication as it is likely I might ask questions regarding the commission※ You are NOT allowed to remove my signature※ You are not permitted to make a profit off my art. That includes anything from prints, merch, clothing, AI, NFTs or other
° If you wish to get a license, we can create a contract※ Once you commission me, you approve that you have read and agree with the ToS※ Do not use my art for tracing, copying, or heavily referencing to post as your own work
° Studies can be done but keep that private or give proper credit where needed

※ Art ※

※ I'm more than willing to work with pretty much any creature/animal or humanoid. If you still are unsure, feel free to ask※ I may slightly adjust your characters colors, that specifically applies to cooler tones and strong contrasts. The change wont be drastic, but may be noticeable.
° Even when doing adjustments, I will stay true to the characters design※ I always send at least one WIP (usually of the sketch) for approval before finishing the piece※ Mention all changes you would like to get done when receiving the WIP for approval, as I can't promise changes when the commission is complete
° Simple changes like eye colour or missing piercing can be done free of charge to the finished piece
° Bigger changes to the finished piece have a fee※ Preferably do not repost my art, only exception is when the commission is done for you. ALWAYS provide credit※ You will receive the full resolution .png file sent on email. I will not send you the .sai / .psd work file

※ Payment ※

※ Additional characters in the same piece add 75% of the initial cost to the price※ Paypal payment. I will send you an invoice
° Keep in mind my Paypal and prices are all in Euro
° Only other payment method is Ko-Fi, but that is reserved for PWYW※ I will start the commission once the full payment is done
° Payment is done upfront, unless the amount is quite high and we have made a payment plan※ Only way I will do a full refund is if the commission is yet to be started, or something pops up and I am unable to do it
° Partial refunds are possible to be done; how far into the process I am will decide how much is to be refunded※ If I am taking unreasonably long on the commission a refund will be acceptable; say thrice the expected turnaround time※ There will be added fees if you wish to have a due date; price depends on how much time I have to work with
